Dans tous les pays \u00e9tudi\u00e9s, la plupart des individus confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient pas de soutien professionnel. Lorsque de l\u2019aide est disponible, elle se limite souvent aux m\u00e9dicaments, avec peu ou pas d'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une intervention psychologique. Cet \u00ab \u00e9cart de traitement \u00bb, bien reconnu dans la communaut\u00e9 scientifique, demeure un d\u00e9fi majeur. Pourtant, les efforts pour combler cet \u00e9cart restent largement insuffisants. Les interventions psychologiques d'auto-assistance num\u00e9riques pourraient jouer un r\u00f4le central, mais elles sont souvent inaccessibles, inabordables ou technologiquement obsol\u00e8tes.
